it was raining. But the skies cleared around noon and we had perfect viewing for a total eclipse. Sis, Bro, BIL, Dad and I all sat in lawn chairs in the driveway and watched it all. Bro brought Moon Pies, and Sis found some "total eclipse" specialty beer for the drinkers in the family...but the best part was just being able to be with family and witness such a rare and spectacular event.
