i drink cold water, it's my preference. but you have to drink SO much in a relatively short period of time and the cold water made my stomach cramp up. those cramps went away when I switched to room temp water.
I also told myself that next time, I wouldn't try to chug all the water FASTER than the recommended time frame. SO if it says drink another 4 glasses of water over the next 60 minutes, i'm just going to drink 1 glass of water every 15 mins. I am NOT going to try to chug all 4 glasses of water in a half hour.
it's just SO much for one stomach to hold! i felt like i was going to burst.
