refund (and yay, my taxes are done!). Bad news: I was charged
significantly more than I was expecting to be. I'm still not entirely sure if that was on the tax filing site (I've used Tax Act for years and have generally been happy with it) or it if was something I either selected, or failed to select. And I admit, when I got to the end and saw how much they were going to charge me (they sprung most of the charges on me at the end), I could've said "nope" and found another website. But I hate doing my taxes, and after putting in 30 minutes' work, I basically said "eff it" and just (grossly over)paid.
Next year, I think I'll just use the IRS website like Dad does.
