Bhanu became hard-to-watch TV rather than “must watch” TV. That man was seriously not cut out to play the game of Survivor. It’s hard to believe that he had watched every season. Given his background of growing up living in a dirt floor hut and on the street, I had hoped he would have better Survivor skills. It was hard to watch his begging and crying. His sweet begging may have helped him survive his childhood but it didn’t play well on Survivor, on TV.
His tribe came close to winning the immunity challenge. But they lost again! At least they won the reward challenge. But they had no way to cook the fish. That tribe had been out there for — 9 or 10 days now? — with no flint and no fire. That is rough. And none of the tribes have any rice yet. It’s definitely not a vacation in Fiji.
