it's *slightly* lower in sodium than many cheeses; I'll throw goat cheese in an enchilada casserole I sometimes make for dinner, but I also love any spread made with goat cheese, especially if it has some kind of fruit added to it.
A couple months ago or so, I had a log of goat cheese to use up. I was spreading it on rosemary crackers and topping it with a maple onion jam...SO good!
I eat stinky cheeses. You know I love my bleus. I've never tried Limburger. Maybe I should?
Love me some bleu cheese. Love me some Roquefort. I really, really love gorgonzola. I've always heard Limburger is "stinky" but I've never heard what kind of stink it has. Does it smell extra cheesy? No problem then! Does it smell like skunk? OK, that would be a problem...
