I wish they were because I like the cold but this is only true in some northern spots along Lake Superior where it only hits 70s maybe 80s two months out of the year. (Guess where this summer-hating chick loves to vacation? ;) )

I can't participate in the state thing. I drove through some states as a kid but I either keep it local (and cold) or I go to Europe to practice languages.
