Story, which seeks to elevate the issue of childhood and adult trauma as an unaddressed public health emergency. I loved it. I started talking to a therapist, mentioned the book, and it turns out it is a beloved book among professionals.
I am re-listening to William Li's Eat to Beat Disease. This book is indispensable. Now that I've lost weight, and I can see the effects of my daily exercise routine and walking (yeah, that only took like 25 years LOL), I want to focus on incrementally including healthier foods as a DAILY regimen for myself. I am surprised as to what I didn't remember from the book.
But, that is the problem with listening to a book, right? You forget things more easily than if you read a hard cover book.
