I mean, in any professional workspace, I don't know how one would think any of that is appropriate, but the woman works in a public library! People can SEE her, lol. Who thinks sitting on their boyfriend's lap is appropriate?? And it sounds like she's spending a lot of her time on the clock with her son, her boyfriend, and his son instead like...working.
