Like. Toronto is no stranger to never-ending construction projects, but the Eglinton line is truly remarkable. It's also THE major artery in midtown and it runs across the whole city, so having it be out of commission for THIRTEEN YEARS has been really, really insane.

The parodies, particularly the first one, is too accurate. It takes nearly teh whole thing to be like "oh, this is a joke and not just one of those weirdo ads."
