The TLDR: Tropicana unvieled a rebrand that removed the picture of the orange with the straw from the package. But this revealed that a lot of people thought of their OJ brand as "the one with the orange/straw" and not as "Tropicana" -- so their share of the market fell dramatically. People just didn't recognize it as "their" OJ and they bought something else.
