Wendy's is claiming that no, no, no, what they're going to do is offer lower prices during off hours. Which...could be slightly different than "raising prices during peak hours". If they're saying that the combo that has recently been selling for $11 is still going to cost $11 during peak hours but is going to be $10.50 during off hours, then this is a good thing. If they're saying the combo that was originally $11 is still going to be $11...at 2:55 in the afternoon...but will be $11.50 during "peak" hours, then they can kiss my Frosty behind.
