I was going to make biscuits with sausage gravy, briefly saw a roll of sausage in the fridge and assumed I was all good - and when I went to make it, I realized it was the sweet Italian sausage I'd gotten to make sausage lentil soup. Womp womp. Had to run out to the store, lol.

NOPE re: tartar sauce. NOPEEEEE. LOL. Crabcakes and crabcakes only. I don't use it for shrimp, even - pretty loyal to my cajun butter for shrimp.
