weekend is when the 2 banks merged the information and did all the behind the scenes stuff in order to open on Tuesday as 1 bank. And know things were planned out in advance of the weekend.
It's been interesting and frustrating for some.
Individuals log on one way and businesses another way; which wasn't explained prior. The branch that we go to for work was quite busy yesterday. The phones kept ringing and the tellers said they didn't understand some of the new processes/system.
With help from a lady from the new bank yesterday; we were all able to log on and she talked us through some of the things we do. But some of the back end information wasn't right and that took time to get fixed. Well, at least I'm hoping it's fixed for when I log on this afternoon to send a file over.
