We did get to see some friends from our old church for a Sat. night potluck, so that was a bright spot.

However, I am still rundown, my joints ache and I'm definitely depressed (just diagnosed a couple of weeks ago), so the joint pain and limitations are just adding to my sadness. Plus I think I might have S.A.D.

Today, I actually did a yoga program instead of something more intense. Then I went for a walk(just before the next atmospheric river hit). Really helped to clear my head.
