My granddaughter is going to be a BIG SISTER!
Oldest Jaggett is expecting a baby and she & my SIL could not be happier.
Mr Jag and I are feeling so many emotions, including relief in knowing that our daughter has successfully separated the horrific violent actions forced upon her last year from the relationship she has with her husband. Last year Oldest brought up the topic of how a person returns to a healthy physical relationship after rape, knowing that I was raped many years ago (before being a parent) and at some point was able to be in a healthy physical relationship. The intense trauma therapy hasn't been easy... But our daughter is grateful that she has continued working through what those four evil bastards put her through... Along with her husband...who attends therapy sessions with her several times a month.
