wife were trying to eat healthy almost before eating healthy was a thing.
I've not bought a lot of Bob's Red Mill products but I will always remember this one time when I was working at the bindery and the woman we called (among other things) The Mooch was lamenting not being able to find any "potato flour". She usually used it in her homemade potato soup. Because I can sometimes be too nice for my own good, I finally found her some at a smaller grocery store...it was Bob's Red Mill potato flour. Honestly, I can't remember if I bought it for her or if I just told her where to go get it...I hope the latter because Mooch, true to her name, wouldn't have paid me back for it if I'd bought it. Once a bajillion years ago, I'd brought in some mini peanut butter cups from...I wanna say Trader Joe's...and was sharing them. These were so "mini", you ate them by the handful. Mooch mentioned they'd be good in cookies, and she asked me to buy her some next time I went to TJ's, so I did. And then I waited for her to pay me back...and I waited...and I waited. It wasn't until two years later, when one of Mooch's relatives started working at the bindery, heard the story and publicly (and loudly) berated Mooch for never paying me back that she finally did so.
