sending Smokey across the Rainbow Bridge; I forgot about Chewy until I got a reminder email about an upcoming auto-shipment.

I logged in and undid the auto-ship and sent a message that we no longer needed this as Smokey was now deceased. I got an email back expressing their sorrow at my news. A week or so later we received a sympathy card signed by several people.
