Grief is so hard to live through. Adding additional loss and stress can feel like the straws that will break your back. Daily walking...getting some sun and allowing yourself to decompress...is a gift you are giving yourself. Very smart.

I hope your upcoming time away with friends will help ease your mind and heart a bit.
