The kidnapper/rapist was denied a new public defender this week. Some of you may remember that he petitioned the court after his attorney denied a request that 100% of the evidence against him be dismissed. The evidence has been collected lawfully from many sources. There is no grounds for the evidence to be left out at trial. The judge has set the Trial for July 2024.
