experience. On the one hand...great restaurant. OTOH, you might never go back.
One thing the Cleveland area desperately needs, IMO, is a good Cajun/Creole place. Name almost any other cuisine and I can quickly rattle off three places serving it. But I can't think of a single place doing good Cajun food. At least none nearby...I googled and found a place in Tremont (near the cat café I was just at last Friday) but nothing in the suburbs. Though the new chain restaurant Another Broken Egg Café which recently opened a couple towns over does offer a few New Orleans-themed omelets plus beignets that are pretty amazing (though IMO are more like donut holes than true beignets).
