the personality section of the quiz that they never once asked me "Are you honest?" or "If you had the chance and knew you wouldn't get caught, would you rob the company blind?" I'd think that might be a little more important than "are you the life of the party?" or "Do you enjoy being the center of attention?"
Dad told me this morning that he'd had a similar quiz before he hired on as a driver for CARQUEST. Only instead of trying to suss out every aspect of his personality, they mostly posed questions like "would you tattle if you saw another employee stealing from the company?".
I’m sorry that job hunting is so difficult these days, Vicky. The ironic thing is that, once you start any job, you’ll likely find other jobs soon after since employers seem to prefer hiring people who are already employed over those who are unemployed. Try to keep that in mind if you accept a job that you don’t think you’ll like.
