There is still room for something to go wrong before closing. But I have a good feeling about this. There was one clause in the contract that we had a problem with and the buyer didn’t hesitate at all before changing it to wording we wanted, which is more favorable to the seller (us) than it is to the buyer (him). Here’s hoping!
