Years ago we can into work one morning to find the ceiling had fallen in our kitchen area... it had knocked cabinets off the walls and everything. It was such an awful mess. It was caused by pipes in the ceiling that had frozen and burst.

I will keep you, your co-workers, and residents in my thoughts and prayers as you all navigate this messy and eventual period.
