Better today meaning

1. Unlike yesterday, I can keep food down
2. I’m freaking winded from walking up the ramp in the DT Sac Kaiser to pick up yet another script
3. Pushing a cart thru Target took most of my energy

Nothing to be ashamed of. I posted about this on FB. This is a bad flu season, and this flu is lasting weeks.

But hey! Back down to the weight I was at in September 2019 so there’s that?
