tentatively agreed to move forward with the potential buyer who we met with this morning, pending a few things (like proof that he has the funding and the agreement of his business partner). Got a very good vibe from him. Very upfront and communicative. We’re just beginning this house-selling adventure so I guess it will be a miracle if we found a good buyer so quickly. Keep your fingers crossed!
