To most people, that would sound like he was still angry but really, there's plenty of times when we're on great terms that one word answers is all I get. So this is progress. Honestly, with Dad, it's either silence/single word answers or a 20 minute soliloquy. Not a lot of middle ground when it comes to him and conversation.
