I mean, I can't do audio books in general (not knocking them at all! My mind just wanders too much and it's too much of an effort to concentrate)...but listen to any politician speak might put me to sleep :P But I'm also not sure I could handle reading anything about that subject from either party.

Sounds like some good "reading" though that you've been doing!
