but I just wasn't feeling it this year.
My Briggs LOVES to sit on the tree skirt under the tree, but a couple of years ago, I started getting one of those metal boxes that go all the way around the tree stand, negating the need for the skirt (and the incessant tree skirt 'fixing.') A huge plus being it deters Briggs from trying to climb INSIDE the tree.
I feel so badly now that I've taken away his favorite spot. He will still sit under the tree, next to the 'metal tree collar' but he does not like it. Ha!
