Currently the show isn’t available to watch anywhere because of music rights issues. Hopefully Andre Braugher’s death will spark TPTB to find a way to make the show available to watch again. Also in this article are some of David Simon’s very touching memories of working with the actor.
Personally, I’ve never seen HLOTS completely. I’ve only seen random episodes. So I am really hoping that it becomes available to watch, either via streaming or dvd.
