And I hope your cough disappears tout de suite! A nagging cough is so annoying even if you basically feel okay.

Yes, it is. It really tires me out. My doctor gave me inhaler, to clear out the congestion. I think I picked up this cough on the jet when travelling to Texas. People were coughing on it. I was tested for covid and flu, which I thankfully didn't have.

My throat is still gets irritated at times when I eat or drink. I am trying to eat as much hot food and liquids as possible.
