I paid my electricity bill, checked the site to make sure the payment arrived and downloaded the site's literature and it showed a credit! -28.25

I just called to find out why I had a credit. The receptionist said that they had retired some credits and deposited them into people's accounts. The explanation will be on the next bill. They wanted to give people the credits before the holidays.

I'll take it! So, my next bill will probably be $3.75. Fabulous!!!
