Thanksgiving Leftovers: How Long?

apparently Ludacris posted on social media asking how long is too long to eat leftover Thanksgiving food?

I was done on Saturday, honestly. But hubby had ANOTHER thankgiving sandwich on Sunday! We tossed the carcass on Monday morning.

We ate ALL the leftover stuffing, cranberry sauce and sweet potato casserole. We ended up throwing out some gravy, regular potatoes and the carcass.

I'm really only good for 2 days of leftovers, then I need to move on. I doubt we'll even eat chicken this week. LOL
