Our TG repast was much more modest but then again, it was just the two of us and Dad did none of the cooking (except for those Thanksgiving grits <g>). I told him yesterday over dinner that I don't mind cooking--I actually like it--but I'm rubbish at cooking multiple dishes and timing it so that everything's ready to be on the table at the same time. I could barely manage having a turkey breast, stuffing and green bean casserole in the oven all at once, and the only thing on the stove was some Trader Joe's turkey (flavored) gravy. When I cook, I prefer one pot or one dish meals like lasagna or chili or various casseroles, things I might serve one side with and call it a day <g>.
