yeah, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Home Goods, even Kohls, are very hit or miss for me.

2 summers ago, i bought 6 new tops at TJ Maxx. Every time i went, i found a new shirt that i loved! this past summer? not ONE top. it was, for me, the summer of no shopping prowess.
