How was the weekend?
Busy, with laundry the unexpected project and the normal cleaning we do for Thanksgiving.
For those hosting - how are preparations coming?
I *think* we're back on track and if something little doesn't get done - oh well.

For anyone making anything - is your shopping done or do you still need to pick some things up?
Last minute stuff (mushrooms, veggies for a tray the herbs) and the fresh turkey are being picked up Wednesday. Everything but the turkey I'm getting before work, no way am I going to the grocery store after 10 am! I'm leaving work early to get the bird and get home as there's a lot of stuff I can't do after I get these ingredients.
How much time off do you get for the holiday?
We get Friday off as well. Hubby doesn't, but he is taking it as one of his remaining PTO days for the year.
