It's an Australian romcom series created by and starring a husband and wife team. The wife was in American Auto.

It's about a duo who are responsible for a dog getting into an accident and they end up moving in together to take care of him (and save money to pay the vet bill.)

It's good and funny. Both characters are rootable.
