I managed to hit the target dead center ONCE today (out of way too many tries), so I had the best shot of the day, but she was consistently closer to the center of the target all afternoon.
Early on, I was teasing her for sailing an arrow over the target and putting it in the pine tree behind the target...and then I did the exact same thing. I also had a lot more trouble than she did when we moved back 10 yards. The bow is a youth bow and thus not very powerful; it was hard to get an arrow to stick in the target at 20 yards...or even reach the target. But she stuck two arrows and I only stuck one, plus I sent a LOT more short (and a couple so far off target, you would've thought I was aiming for the target to the left or right).
