I do my best work from 6-9, decent 9-11, okayish to 11:30 and then it's lunch, may manage to do one or two things from 12:30 to 1:30 aaaaaaaand I'm done. I try to stuff seminars and meeting where I don't have to speak in that time slot, lol. I do longer hours eight days out of the pay period, though. My days are either 6-3:30 teleworking or 6:15-3:45 onsite. Compflex schedule, so I can have every other Friday off while still getting my 80 hours in. For me, that's why I think I'd be resistant to managing. I like my schedule and don't want to change it. And yeah, I remember being a manager at a Pet Paradise and the hours are super long because you have to get there first or leave last, and employees text at all hours.
