are sucking on the orange teat so they don't want to upset the customers they have left by yelling at the person that's actually causing the problems.

I'm just glad I bought my car last year, and even though we weren't ready for another car payment, I'm glad my husband's broke down for the final time early in March. Now we have two reliable vehicles, with less than 15,000 miles between the two of them.
