I'm so sorry to the good people who live in Alabama, but they are not sending their best. To put it mildly. Tuberville being a representative makes them look as dumb and backwards as everyone makes fun of them for being.
This time, he's saying that Zelenskyy "will have no say in the future of Ukraine" and that Trump and Putin will decide:

Zelenskyy is the democratically elected President of a sovereign nation. Somehow in equal parts stupid and offensive. Between this and Graham saying Zelenskyy would have to resign because he made Trump mad...truly. It's a cult. And like any good cult, they continue to have absolutely no idea how bat**** insane they sound to literally anyone else.
