CEQA and the Coastal Commission have gone too far. They benefit the 1%. Fine with me.

Completely trashing them no, but they need major reforms. They are a reason it’s been so hard to build more homes here.

Our top bills this year and last are about relaxing CC rules. Speaker Rivas is co-authoring several bills and Newsom has already signed several into law from previous sessions.
