Dylann Roof is admittedly a tough one - what he did is so heinous and he has absolutely no remorse. Definitely one where I have to lean on "This is wrong no matter how hideous the person is", because it's not like anything about this specific human seems...salvageable. So I guess I'm not surprised he didn't commmute his sentence. But in terms of moral consistency, I still don't feel I can cheer on his death.

Still, at least Trump at the moment cannot just go on a wild killing spree.
