From the "Why the **** is he not in prison?" regarding paying a girl "who had just finished her junior year of high school" for "sex" (AKA rape), to the "Okay, this is funny but man he is stupid" regarding setting up an email from his House account to get pot. He's paid tens of thousands of dollars for sex and drugs (mostly cocaine and X, but apparently also pot). He improperly interceded to get one of his "girls" a passport? This guy.
