Not sure why Biden couldn’t do the same. Trump has made it clear that he intends to punish by court-martial the officers involved in the Afghanistan withdrawal. There’s no reason for Americans who were doing their jobs to be put in judicial turmoil. As it is, Trump will likely do to them what he did to McCabe and Comey – intensive IRS audits.
