Would be for President Biden to step down from office on January 19 so VP Harris would hold the office for ONE day and the hand off...and would be the 47th President of the United States. All that red merch that has 45 - 47 would be useless, like the T-shirts made that show the other Superbowl team as the winner...just in case.
