The state will see our federal funding cut and while we will try to keep as many of our progressive programs going, it won’t be sustainable with only state funding. I work on implementing Medicaid policy at the county level and if they succeed in repealing or even just gutting eligibllity rules for ACA, we won’t be able to pay for it unless we raise our taxes which will never happen.

With decreased caseloads and funding, there will be job cuts coming.
