We can analyze all day here but I think Harris went wrong by not doing a better job of stating her policies. Oh she did on women's rights but she was too vague in other areas.
I may be wrong but I think I have a bit more perspective than many here on the SZ political board because I know more Republicans than many of you. The #1 thing I've heard when those Republicans that I personally know talked about Kamala Harris' campaign was that she spent too much time saying what Trump has done/would do and who he was and not enough time saying what SHE has done/would do and who SHE was. Would her talking more about her political strategies given her the edge? I don't know. I absolutely, 100% agree that some people voted against her simply because they didn't want a Black woman as the head of the country. But I absolutely KNOW some people did not vote for her because they weren't sure what her policies were.
Of course, if they truly cared, they could've gone to her website and read about her policies themselves but some people are just lazy and prefer to stick to listening only to debates, interviews and media, both main and social.
Sigh. I sad. I'm angry. I'm hurt. But I only had one vote. I did my part.
IA here as well. I did what I could. Now it's time to be kind as much as possible and look for other ways to make significant change.
ETA: No. Biden would not have beat him either.
Yep, IA with this as well.
