Doubtful. Garland looks racist as hell.
His job is to prosecute those who break the law, even though they are politicians. This is not an excuse to do nothing as much as Garland would like it to be.
He seems to be so timid. I get that he doesn't want the DOJ to appear political - but he's allowing MoC to get away with blatant crimes in order to maintain that appearance, which isn't supposed to be the purpose of the DOJ.
Garland will always be one of my deepest disappointments in Biden.
