This will mean nothing to people who aren't interested in true crime, but several years ago in Pennsylvania, a woman named Ellen Greenberg was found dead in her apartment. She had over 20 stab wounds, including to the back of her head that penetrated her brain, and finished off with a stab to the heart (the knife was still in her chest when she was found). This was...somehow declared a suicide, after initially being declared a homicide. Shapiro was AG at the time and he adamantly refused to investigate this as a possible homicide and in particular, investigate her fiance. It turned out her fiance's family was friends with Shapiro and had donated to his campaign.
Every time his name came up, I'd get edgy and think there was a reason I didn't like him. It wasn't Palestine, I had no idea about that op-ed and hadn't heard what he said about protestors at first. But I just could not think of the problem until someone just reminded me on Twitter, lol. Yeah, **** him. Walz it is.
