But it does seem to be true that he's trying to out-Trump Trump -- but it comes off as inauthentic. It's sort of fascinating. If you want to identify what makes Trump able to be Trump, looking at where JD Vance can't really reach his level is a good start. I think he's probably smarter, book-wise. I do not think he has what Trump has in terms of drawing people to him and I think he's VERY bad at identifying what people actually want. This stuff about childless women is more weird than anything else.
